Before I tell you what I do, let me tell you why.
A man must be complete.
kalos kagathos, al-insān al-kāmil, uomo universale - the call throughout history is the same: cultivate excellence of character and form, discipline action by virtue, make work that serves meaning beyond the self. Not fragmented into thinker, maker, believer, or warrior, but reconciled into a single, unified being.
The modern world has made this increasingly difficult. We've built systems with opposing incentives. Education and labour markets demand specialisation. Digital platforms fragment attention. Urban and temporal design erode innate rhythm.
But the amnesia is beginning to shake. People are pushing back, returning to natural behaviours, natural materials, natural forms - reshaping life to serve them rather than extract from them.
The golden thread through my life has always been design and making things.
I've organised my work around two expressions:
[superpositionstudios.xyz] where I build my own businesses and work with organisations through product design and strategic thinking. This sharpens craft, tests ideas against reality, and generates the resources to remain independent.
The main business I'm building through the studio is [lifeinsuperposition.com] art, objects, garments, and rituals for people pursuing completeness.
Client work funds the venture.
The venture expresses the philosophy.
Ancient ideals. Modern practice.
