DIGITAL PARADOX
In a city of 9 million, London was ranked the world's loneliest. We saw how social platforms were keeping us all endlessly connected, yet increasingly isolated.
The answer wasn't another social network - it was a completely new approach to digital connection.

SMART INTODUCTION CARDS: DIGITAL PROFILES THAT FEEL HUMAN
We created profiles that adapt and evolve based on who's viewing them - just like we naturally present different sides of ourselves to different people.
The interface mirrored this human behavior, letting users build their profile through intuitive, tap-to-fill cards that emphasized personality over photos.

BEYOND SMALL TALK
Instead of endless chat loops, we designed an intelligent conversation system that understood when to suggest relevant activities.
FRbot didn't just facilitate chat - it created pathways to real-world meetups, complete with integrated venue booking and follow-up recommendations.

BUILDING A FRIENDSHIP NETWORK
We partnered with London venues to create a network of vetted meet-up spots.
After successful meetings, the system could detect positive interactions and suggest nearby partner venues - like offering 25% off at a local pizzeria to keep the conversation going.

INNOVATION IN ACTION
Our London Underground campaign used lenticular displays to demonstrate the Smart Introduction Cards in action - showing how profiles adapted as commuters walked past, bringing the digital innovation into the physical world.
